1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place bets on the Reddy Anna platform.

• Accounts belonging to minors (under 18) will be blocked immediately.
• We reserve the right to request Age Verification documents from you at any time.

2. Account Policies

We maintain strict rules regarding accounts to ensure fair play on the platform.

• A single user is allowed to create only one account (One Account Policy).
• If caught creating multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be blocked.
• You must provide accurate information (Name, Number, Bank Details).

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Rules to ensure secure deposit and withdrawal processes.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₹100 (subject to change depending on the platform).
• Withdrawal requests are processed instantly, but it may take 10-15 minutes depending on the bank.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the bank account/UPI registered in your name.
• No hidden withdrawal charges are applied.

4. Betting Rules

Rules regarding placing bets and their settlement are detailed below:

• Once a bet is placed on a match, it cannot be canceled or changed under any circumstances.
• Odds fluctuate continuously in live matches. The odds available at the time of bet confirmation will be considered valid.
• If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical issue, the management's decision will be final.

5. Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering

Any form of fraud will not be tolerated on the Reddy Anna platform.

• Misuse of the platform or any hacking attempts will result in a permanent account ban.
• If fraud is detected, all funds in the account will be frozen.
• We reserve the full right to stop any suspicious transactions.
