Refund Policy

1. General Betting Policy

Due to the live and dynamic nature of sports betting and casino games, all bets placed are considered final and non-refundable.

• Once a bet is confirmed on your ID, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.
• Reddy Anna Book does not offer refunds for bets lost during gameplay.

2. Unused Deposit Withdrawals

If you have deposited funds into your betting ID but have not used them to place any bets, you are eligible to withdraw those funds.

• Unused funds can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal limit of the platform.
• Standard processing times (10 to 15 minutes) apply to these withdrawals.
• Funds will only be transferred back to the original bank account or UPI ID used during the deposit.

3. Technical Errors & Glitches

We strive to provide a seamless experience, but in the rare event of a technical failure, the following rules apply:

• If an incorrect amount is deducted from your bank account during a deposit but not credited to your betting ID, a full refund will be initiated to your bank account after verification (usually takes 5-7 business days).
• If a technical glitch causes a bet to be settled incorrectly, our management will review the issue and, if verified, credit the correct amount back to your betting ID.

4. Account Suspension & Fraud

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activities.

• If an account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., underage gambling, multiple accounts, hacking attempts), any remaining balance may be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
• In case of suspicious activities, we reserve the right to hold funds until a proper investigation is completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a deposit failure or a technical error, please follow these steps:

• Provide your Betting ID, payment screenshot, and the exact time of the transaction.
• Our team will verify the details and process the valid refund requests within 24-48 hours.
